In partnership with the Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, Kimzin Creative led a capacity-building initiative for the Ready to Learn Collaborative, supporting early childhood education providers across Sonoma Valley.
Through a series of one-on-one mentorship, customized coaching sessions, and coalition-wide workshops, we guided organizations in participatory program design, equitable data collection, and impact evaluation. By centering cultural relevance, collaboration, and community voice, this process equipped partners with the tools to strengthen their programs, share learnings, and deepen their collective impact on school readiness in Sonoma Valley.
