about the project
The Kimzin Creative BIPOC Producer Lab is a nine-month, paid, training program supporting the growth of emerging BIPOC producers in Sonoma County.
Through mentorship, hands-on training, and professional development, participants gain the skills to produce their own artistic or cultural events. The Lab strengthens the creative workforce by promoting sustainable art-making, economic opportunity, and community connection through co-learning and collaboration.
