Kimzin Creative partners with Amplifi Napa Valley to advance a community-led approach to organizational strategy and equitable grantmaking.

We led a visioning process to define how community voice shapes operations and programming, laying the foundation for long-term, values-aligned implementation.

In addition, we supported the development of grant applications and resource-scouting strategies rooted in equity and inclusion. Informed by Amplifi’s Program Council and Community Advisory Council, our work centers on expanding opportunities for underrepresented artists and organizations across Napa Valley.
